US Foods alerts are designed to notify you of important delivery or ordering information. Alerts can be sent via email or push notifications on the US Foods mobile app.

Visit the UPC (Universal Preference Center) on US Foods Online or the US Foods mobile app to select your preferences.

 

Alert options:

  • Order alerts – Alerts to help remind you start or submit your order before cutoff
  • Delivery alerts – We’ll alert you when your delivery truck is 30 minutes away, as well as other details about your delivery
  • Payment alerts – Opt in to receive alerts for days when payments are due, week of reminders, or past due payments
  • Recommended By Your Team alert – Receive alerts when your TM/Seller has recommended some products or sent you a note
