A fourth generation butcher, Anthony learned the trade in the old world fashion, apprenticing under his grandfather in the family butcher shop starting at age 12. He eventually owned and operated his own deli and butcher shop for over a decade. Anthony has been in a COP role for 6 years and with US Foods Denver for 3 years
