Mark Yi is the Center of the Plate Specialist at US Foods La Mirada and has been in his current role since 2023. He has over 25 years of culinary experience in the industry from being a chef, corporate chef, culinary specialist, sales and consultant. He holds a degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He resides in Southern California and is married with 2 wonderful daughters. He loves to golf, eat, swim and do what he loves to do by sharing his knowledge and experiences to his fellow team members and customers.
