Nick is a Fresh Product Specialist for the Metro DC area. He has been with the company since 2024. He has 20 plus years of food service experience including restaurant groups, catering, hotels, and collegiate dining. Nick specializes in protein & produce selection, yield and implementation for a variety of cuisines. Nick holds a BA from Texas Tech University as well as CCC and CCA certifications from the American Culinary Federation. He resides in Maryland with his wife.
