Chad DeYoung has over 20 years of experience in restaurants, butcher shops and growing up in Southern California he brings a deep knowledge of fresh products & fine food. While training at the California Culinary Academy (CCA) he developed a strong foundation in food science and the culinary arts. Now in the Memphis area, in a lively household with his wife, 4 kids, 3 dogs, nine chickens & 4 ducks he balances his professional dedication with a love for the outdoors, hunting, surfing and spending time with family.
