Timothy Van Dyke is the COP Specialist for the Salt Lake division and has been with US Foods since 2015. His first role with US Foods was a Territory Sales manager, He has worked in the retail meat business for 6 years, has run and operated his own meat shop which has given him the skills to process an animal to maximize its value. He has also worked as certified USDA meat inspector. He have always loved working with food, spending time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping. He currently reside in a rural community in Bear River City, Utah with his wife.
