Smoky Ghost Pepper Jack Cheese Slices
Seriously, all by itself, this cheese is dangerous. But it's amazing for a nice, consistent, constant burn in a burger and wonderful in a smokin'-bold dip. 100% Wisconsin jack cheese is blended with real ghost pepper flakes (plus an occasional seed-zing!) and natural hickory smoke flavoring to delight all your customers who seek the heat. The ghost pepper is up to eight times as hot as a habanero. Our cheese is ready to go in 1 oz. slices with interleaf papers for easy application and never any waste. It melts beautifully over burgers or mixed into dips and could spark interest in a "Madman" macaroni and cheese or a "not-your-kid's" grilled cheese sandwich!
