As a Food Fanatic Chef with US Foods, I bring years of experience as a chef, former restaurant owner, and proud Chopped champion to the table. Cooking has always been my passion—it’s more than just food, it’s about creativity, connection, and bringing people together. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in fast-paced kitchens, run my own restaurants, and now, I get to support chefs and operators in taking their food and businesses to the next level. With 20+ years in the restaurant industry, I’ve developed a fun and playful approach to cooking while always respecting the craft. I take food seriously—just not too seriously. Whether it’s creating bold, flavorful dishes or reimagining classic comfort food, I believe that great cooking should be both delicious and enjoyable, but most of all fun. Outside of the kitchen, my heart is at home with my amazing wife and our two little boys in Cleveland, Ohio. They’re my greatest inspiration and the reason I do what I do.
